Steve Van Vlaenderen has produced a photographic homage to vehicles sitting in what might be their final resting places, set amid rolling landscapes and junkyards, some swaddled by foliage, others hidden behind barns. This beautifully written and illustrated 125-page book also has another purpose: proceeds from its sale will be donated to Parkinson Canada to fund research on the disease, with which the author and photographer himself lives.

Vanishing Wheels is offering a special edition hardcopy that will be available at different locations around the province and Canada. As words gets out about this beautiful and amazing book more places continue to offer support for this wonderful cause.

Steve Van Vlaenderen has channeled his enduring drive into a new mantra: “no matter what.”
